Me and A-Bay-Lay had a yard sale slash bake sale on Saturday to raise money for a youth camp in Louisiana and we raised all of our money but were up at the church at four thirty in the morning and if you know us, you know we are not usually up until ten at the earliest (unless it is planned, and even then we get testy.)during the summer and so that was fun. then we lost our voices got a little dehydrated and were incredibly tired and sore the next day from jumping and screaming at passing cars; but we think it was worth it, or at least we hope it was worth it. =)so we officialy have all the money we need to cover our camp fees but we have $12.50 -between us- for food the week before. who knows what God has planned for us to earn that money but it should be fun to see what it is. we leave in fourteen days!

I just finished reading the first three books of an unfinished series called "Blue Bloods" these books were loaned to me to read by a friend of mine (who is not a believer) and are about vampires and Satan and the eventual end of the world. as i was reading i noticed many names and things that triggered the memory of things i have heard about Revelation - those who know me know that i have difficulty sitting down and reading the word - such as the archangel a golden serpent and a four headed beast (i think) and there were tons of these references and in the third book that has the most in it had a verse out of revelation in the front cover to go along with it. However in this book it says that an angel had banished Satan to Hell and that some left paradise willingly and that all the followers of Satan had been sentenced to Earth and turned into vampires and that they had the ability to regain his or her place in Heaven. Now these struck me as wrong but i do not remember so i am currently reading the book of revelation! anyway i believe that the author of the books is not a christian and am yet suprised to find it in a fiction book. honestly i think this is one of the reasons people do not belive in the bible becaues it is disrespected so much. On the other hand it only enhances my belief when people do such things because that means that it must be true because Satan wants so much to lessen it's impact. Well, try to.

so its been a while so I thought I would update. I didn't get a callback for Alice in Wonderland. I fell asleep and didn't make it to the play. I sang ot church this past sunday and that went well. Mylea graduates on tuesday and I am an usher for it. Nana and Papa arrive on monday and some other people, not sure how many, are driving up from mississippi on tuesday. we straightened mylea's hair and it was real long. School is officially over. Goody Massey (teacher) bought us a good luck cookie for our AP english test. I think it went pretty well. Cody and I are supposed to hang out on monday. I got the third book in the Luxe series that I have been dying to get for about a month. I am pretty content with life which means something is bound to happen soon. I cleaned my room. My car is making a weird noise. This morning I had just woken up and was on the computer when I looked out my window and saw our little white dog Cassie it took a minute to register but then I got up and put on these old pants with HUGE holes in both knees and I already had on this giant shirt that used to be my dad's and my hair was going crazy and I had no make up on and im walking down the street following this little white dog. it was a nice little picture. I looked like a thug for real! but I got her.

i'm so excited and I just can't hide it! im about to loose control and I think I like it! man, im going to see a play tonight and on sunday I am going to audition for Alice in Wonderland at Fantasy Playhouse with some friends of mine! yay!! As of right now I am watching My Girl but I might see if we have Alice in Wonderland and food. Oh man last night I almost got to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks but then the dvd wasn't in the case so I didn't get too. =[ made me sad. I haven't watched them in FOREVER. anyway gots to get going! This has been the best birthday yet and it hasent even occured yet! Friday night we celebrated my birthday at Wendy's with cake and cody. Saturday me and the family went to Red Robin and to the movies and ate another cake. Sunday i recieved presents from James and Julie. Monday (actual birthday) me and my mommy are supposed to go shopping for summer clothes (my present). so some of you know about the horrible stomach pains ive been having off and on for about a year. well i went to the doctor yesterday and he thinks i have too much acid in my stomach or golstones so i had to go get a sonagram and blood work done. oh yeah and i was supposed to urinate in a jar but that didn't work out so i had to carry around this bag that said hazardous waste on it with a jar of nothing until i could fill it up. it was intense let me tell you! anyway so i was watching the sonagram thing this morning and me and mommy think that we saw holes in my stomach lining! ahh! but hey everything happens for a reason!(thats what i learned at youth last night!) so we took tests and hopefully will get results soon! School is out because of the swine flu. That means i have a five day weekend before my birthday! yeah! man now im watching that little miss pagent show and i really like this one little girl because she absolutely loves what she does. she is ten and she has won over 100 crowns! crazy! she makes up 85 percent her own routines and picks the fabric for her outfits and the styles for her hair. welp Melia wants to show me her baby bird that she rescued this morning. Have fun!

A very dear friend of mine has been diagnosed with glychoma(sp?) and is very worn out and depressed. The last time we spoke he didn't sound himself. He is one of my best mentors and closest friends. Im going to see him this summer with kay and bay and i pray his spirits are lifted and if not we can accomplish that.

In other news a friend of mine (who shall remain nameless) is more than likely pregnante' she will be in need of constant prayers.

Not quite as drastic but i am spending most of my spring break in a truck eighteen hours to be exact. we are going to Virginia to visit the college myLea is going to in the spring.

we ate taco bell which is now giving me heart burn! awesome! but i truly have had a good day despite the crap that seems to be following me around.

i dont even know why i still get on here cept to listen to my music because no one talks to me anymore. oh well i got a new lamp and it is amazing! it has five different colors and is tall and bends!! yay! love it!!!! =] my room is quite a reflection of my personality. nothing really matches but it flows together! im in the old library so there are tons of books and bookshelves. my old room was bigger so i have a bunch of stuff without a place but it doesn't look junked up it simply looks homey! one of the pictures on my wall is upside down. i have the card to get my license now and me and daddy are probly going to go driving today! fun! haha my hats dont even go together! oh man im wierd. haha you think im kidding when i say nothing matches but nope nothing my pillows dont match my comfertor; my shelf is black and my vanity table is brown with a marune stool! i have a vacum cleaner in my room. haha i live in the storage room!! but it is decent sized and super cute! my light in the ceiling doesn't work so i used to use this one little lamp and now i have a little lamp and a big lamp! love you guys! whoever you are.

so i am officially taking to AP courses this year. Which for you guys who dont know is a college class that you can take in highschool and get college credit for it if you pass a test at the end of the semester. anyway they are history and english and so far i am going to be swamped. we have a least five pages of reading every night in history. plus alot more work which im not going to get into. then in history we have a quiz on a hundred words that we got today and they arent just words they are english terms like allegory and alliteration and the lovely quiz is friday. joy! so i am working on that right now. its break time. me and kayla have these classes together and are going to have "study dates" but we have to find a good coffee shop first! haha until then we will probably be at one of our houses. our first one will more than likely be thursday before this quiz which i plan on making flash cards for tonight hopefully. oh yeah and i have musical theatre and drama which is going to be a blast but also alot of work! puh! no more social life for nicole. oh well. anyways back to work!! love you guys!!!

we are having a bible study tonight at a friend of mine's house there is just a few of us right now and we are going to see if tonight goes well we will start inviting others. My familia is making fun of me because a friend of ours is pregnante and mommy told me not to tell any of our other relatives but me and a cousin of mine have a really good secret keeping relationship and so i told him and he made a face and my aunt guessed it and so they have decided that i can not keep a secret. Mother has brought up a good point that right now while Obama must spend all this time with Bush then he might be able to witness to him. I firmly believe that right now we need to focus prayers on Obama and the future of America. We need to focus our witnessing and our teaching of what is right on the youth. Teaching to children is very good and needs to happen but the youth are the very next step and the children got a minute before they really make an impact. Honestly no one listens to the youth but in a few years the youth will be adults and if we don't tell them it will be alot harder when they are adults and have even more worries. The children should be taught but more youth can drive themselves to church if their parents don't go if when you are a child your parents go to church you more than likely do too, if they don't then you don't so if we rely on the children to remember what they were taught when they were young then those kids who didn't go to church when they were young won't have anything to rely on. Now don't get me wrong we need to things like AWANA but the youth in my opinon should not necesarily come first but should be a main focus point and as of now i don't feel like they are. Not just because i am a youth. However since i am a youth i know the way we percieve things and how much we are really learning. does that make sence?? oh well that is my rant. im off to bay's love you guys!! kisses!!

every year i stay up late and look at our christmas tree and contemplate things. it is great i gotta say. this year i haven't stayed up yet but i still look at it all the time and it seems like every time i do i get sad and i just recently figured out why. i've come to the conclusion that it is because my big gurl is gradiating and maybe going off to college and next christmas will be incredibly different. it will be my last youth christmas musical, my senior year, my last year buying presents for all my highschool friends except for kaykay ofcourse cuz were going to california and getting an apartment together and were gonna cover the walls with movie posters and use lawn chairs for furniture and borrow butter from our neighbors!! haha(love you) This year is the first year in a long time that me and my fam are just the five of us for christmas. its odd. not in a bad way. things are changing i'm growing up and soon im gonna get attacked with college and i know that God will work things out and will put me where he wants me. right now i cant decide if i want to take a year off and go everywhere or go one place. or go at all well yeah ima go somewhere. welp love you guys!

you know them kids who are the biggest jerks and the biggest players and those guys you just can't seem to get over even though you know that your life would be eternally better if you did?? well i got one of them. and i really think that i am officially over him. i know i have said it many a times but honestly i think its true. and you know im okay with that because he is a girl pleaser he says things you wanna hear the way you wanna hear them and even now i doubt that he didnt mean every word he said. but in my heart i know that he isn't right for me. me and Jesus have been working on getting over him well mainly me but now that Jesus is involved im not surprised to be over him. and you know what im not gonna let this get me down because you know now that im okay with getting married im starting to realize that may never happen. so for now i'll stop being a girl and get over ol boy! then maybe i can focus on more important things like cuter boys! haha =] anyway i wish him and his girl well. tomorrow me and my aunt are going shopping in the early A.M. hours!! we might go start a line at midnight in front of goodies and target!! yay!! ive never been shopping the day after thanksgiving cuz my mommy doesent like that day for shopping! but we are going tomorrow!!!! :)

last night i was praying about this one kid and so i opened my bible and i read three different passages about staying single and how its better so i have accepted the possibility of staying single forever and ever. which wouldn't be so bad. im still struggling to get over this kid for good but its working cuz im leaning on Jesus and i love it! I was shaking and mad and stressed and everything and i went to the bathroom before my chemistry test which i knew i wouldnt be able to focus on then and i just started singing and praying and it lessened quite a bit. Then i was able to focus on my test alot more and i know in the back of my mind that he isnt right for me right now at least and now we are just trying to convince my body and the front of my mind! haha love you guys play practice in a bit and my aunt's here and so are her friends so i must socialize!!

i was reading this book for school which, i am still reading and will be for quite some time, and it devoted a whole paragraph to the time in life when a child realizes that adults are not always right and often are just as confused as you are and it used an analogy about the god in your head crashing but i don't like or believe in that one so i have decided that it is like when your little balloon that you got for your birthday suddenly runs out of helium and doesn't float any more and you still play with it, then that sad day comes when you realize that you can't play with it anymore or your mother takes it from you and throws it away. That happened to me recently not exactly like that but you get my drift. you see this person i have been through quite a bit with and always thought of as a firm believer and a stand up for what is right kind of person. didn't stand up for their believes and another few actually tore down someone else' belief whom they know in the long run is right or i do at least. they had no biblical backing and they didn't want to hear the truth or really try the best ways to resolve the issue. they simply went with their assumptions and ran. now don't get me wrong I'm sure they firmly believe that they are right. at least they appear to. the first person in the story did nothing of the sorts and is really just following orders which i can not condemn. and truly i can not condemn the others either. their behavior is going to drive me insane but there is nothing i personally can do because they wouldn't listen to me if i tried. so i say all that to say this.
1. don't believe everything you hear
2. if you truly wanna know whats going on go.
3. don't worry so much about what people are going to think Jesus was an outcast.
4. when life gives you water plant a rose garden. =]

hey im supa excited about tonight!!! trick-or-treating and spend teh night at kayla's house!!! im loving it!! today John and I dressed up Mrs. J like an Indian and we had a blast! we had gotten to school early and we went to the choir room to practice our scene for troumboure and we got side tracked when mrs jones didnt have a costume on and she had some mocasins on. So John called his brother to have him bring his brown vest and I tried to find a feather but I couldn't but John got one out of a feather duster and so we gave her these things and she was reluctent (but she loved it!) so then he got me out of first block early and we went and hung out with mrs. J, after that we went to second which is with mrs. j so we had some grand bonding time me John and mrs. J. after that i went to driver's ed and found out that i drive on fridays and that on onday i am going to my study hall which is mrs. J! haha fun. then in fourth i only had to go thirty minutes of it and i took a really easy quiz which is good considering its chemistry. then i went to the gym for this costume thing which john won the competition cuz he is that cool and i had all the ppl around me yell for him! so then we decided what to do tonight and i came home! yeah it was a blast!! love you all i might have more to say tomorrow! you should comment me cuz im missing those things!!

i have honor choir tomorrow!! im not as enthralled about it as i usually am but i dont have to go to school!! for those who dont know:
madison county honor choir is where a selected group of people(kids who learn the music) go for one full day (730 am to 300 pm) and perfect music with some expert director and then come back and give a concert that night.

so yeah i decided to go this year cuz i have gone the other two years and i want the t-shirt for all four years and it looks really good on college stuff. so cha. tomorrow night a 730 pm is our concert at jackson way babtist church if anyone wants to go it should be fun!! love you all wish me luck and pray i dont fall asleep tomorrow!! night!!

btw jmac is moving out tomorrow. :(
